An absolute nightmare! While waiting up in the queue to pay for what i had picked up, I tried to try on a TESTER varnish when all of a sudden a screaming woman grabbed me from the arm shouting at me that I cannot try this on. When I corrected her saying, I'm sorry but this a tester, what do you mean I cannot try it on she said, alright then go on. I said that I'd appreciate an apology and she told me it's alright. I then asked her again for an apology as I she humiliated me and she then asked me to leave even though I purchased items from the pharmacy. Rude staff. Very disappointing and also humiliating. People in Naxos so far are very impolite and invasive.

Going to this pharmacy was the worst idea i ever had. These people are completely incompetent and rude. They say they speak in english but they don't. It took me 10 minutes to explain them what i needed. I wanted to show them on my phone the thing i needed. They took my phone in their hands. THEY. DROPPED. IT. They gave me my phone back, ALL CRACKED, without a word. At the end they still made me pay my purchase. Ladies, seriously, when you break a client's phone at least APOLOGIZE. It's just called respect. How and who will pay 200€ for the repair device ?? Definitely not you
