Can't really comment on car hire - I actually booked a boat trip to Lindos and thoroughly enjoyed it. Relaxing and interesting sightseeing.

The gentleman in the the office couldn't have been nicer until we had a problem at which point he completely forgot about customer service and refused to listen to the problems we had had i.e., the car we hired had as much power as a hairdryer and couldn't tackle the roads in Lindos. We all had to get out in order to reduce the load and get up the hills. Not necessarily what you want or expect to do in 35 degree heat! The gentleman didn't believe us and suggested we were making it up and had no intention of providing a refund of any amount. We had to cut the hire short and get back with the car rather than exploring the island for the day as we had intended because it couldn't be relied upon to cope with any gradient.
Other cars from here might be fine but ours was far from it - dangerous and disappointing!
Avoid this company if you want peace of mind.
