AVOID THIS HOTEL BY ALL MEANS!!!! This hotel was the worst choice my family and I made for 15 years of traveling.
-extremely unfriendly staff, especially the Russian-speaking receptionist and the manager of the hotel. The first day that we entered the room the air conditioner was not working: it was leaking. We asked to repair it but it still was leaking. Then, we asked to change our room and they told us that the hotel was full (though we saw a lot of tourists leaving). It was impossible to sleep in our room since it was horribly hot. So we again asked to change the room, but the manager started to yell at us and to blame us in destroying the air conditioner: "you left it turned on for 24hours". She even told us to leave the hotel if we want so. Moreover, she told us to leave the key at the reception when leaving for the beach and it was their rule which was not mentioned anywhere....
-no separation between toilet and the shower. There was only one big towel between them in order to soak water when taking shower. Of course it did not help and water was in our room after the shower. The receptionist told us that it was the design of the room, however not all the rooms had the same 'design'
- the towels in the rooms were not changed daily
-during 10 days of our stay the breakfast did not change even a bit, it was the same poor breakfast every day
-the pool was just for taking pictures since it was just 60cm and it was not possible to swim there.
All in all, Oktober hotel is a horrible hotel. The pictures on their website do not correspond to the reality.

Nice rooms, Amazing beds. Great breakfast. Everyrthing is clean and Nice looking. Like Any other greek hotel I ever visited, the rooms Arent soundproof at All

A very nice hotel. Good location, very clean, fresh breakfast! I liked a lot the cosy the pool area!
