Unfriendly staff that never smiled. The food was not great and not a huge choice. Many items marked as vegetarian but were not. The deck chairs were completely unusable. You set the back up, but as soon as you sit on it, the back comes up. The beach is packed with deck chairs so theres very little space to walk on the sand.

Lovely spacious complex.
Rooms are decently sized and clean.
Bathroom is quite dated and could do with a freshen up but overall in ok condition.
Buffet restaurants offer a range of different foods which have been good the last 4 days of our stay so far.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Main pool is huge but not heated, although this is perfect after a sunning session to cool off.
Hotel is child friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is amazing!they have great food,drinks,pool and the animation team were fantastic.the hotel is right on the beach and you get some fantastic views from the room.would not question going back again!

This is a last day here, unfortunately. We've been 16 times in Rodos and this is the best hotel where we have stayed.
The evening show with animation team wasn't so good, but activities were great 👌. Especially thanks for Despina, Marie , Julian and Gennis for a restaurants ❤. What a great hospitality, kidness and a humor. Keep that guality Amilia Mare 👍

This is a last day here, unfortunately. We've been 16 times in Rodos and this is the best hotel where we have stayed.

The place is seriously understaffed and holds a banner for anything low quality. Check-in took almost an hour and we were then told to wait for a cart to take us and the luggage to our rooms. There was one cart with room for 4-5 people and there were about 30 people waiting, with a roundtrip taking ~25 minutes. The reception insisted that the rooms are too far and we can't walk there - they just refused to give instructions. After 90 minutes we got fed up with waiting and started walking. we found our rooms within 7 minutes!!!
The same level of service repeated itself throughout our stay. The food is a little below average(you can pay 10€ extra to book one of the dinner restaurants, which are not much better), the alcohol is just rubbish (you need to pay extra 5€ for anything that remotely suggests higher quality). The water sports are also an extra charge (cash only...) and starting at 15€ for each ride, aren't cheap by any standard (for comparison, the water park nearby cost 16 euros for the day for all the rides).
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know...
