We rented a car from them and we picked up the car directly at the port. The car was in great condition and the stuff was really helpful. We will come back to them next year.

Easy, smooth and cheap. Other people's reviews here got me sceptic but decided to go with them anyway because it was the cheapest 7seater in the island. No problems at all. Car arrived at my hotel on time. Not a new car but still had good breaks and nice tyres. Ran without issues. They picked it up 4 days later at the hotel and didn't say anything about anything. I think the people who left comments about scams actually did damage the car. I'm going back to these guys next summer. //limegreen VW Caddy.

Worst experience ever!
We hired a car through the website and thank God we didn't use the PayPal option to pay because once we got to the port in Santorini nobody was there, we waited around 15 mins and then I decided to call, the lady who answered me told me to wait 5 mins and she'd call me back... 30 mins later there was still no sign of her so I decided to call again. They hadn't been answering for the next 30 mins and 1 hr later the same girl answered saying that the boss wasn't there so she wasn't allowed to do anything... goes without saying that I insulted her for like 5 mins but still we had been waiting 1.5 hr at the port in the sun and eventually we had to rent another car!
Since it is not possible to answer I write here:
First of all, during the booking process no info about the vessel was required; secondly if that was the case you should have sent an email asking for it not just disappearing (totally unprofessional); thirdly when we called you should have answered and explained the situation (even if it wouldn't have fixed your total lack of competence) not just avoiding answering the phone; finally, hire people who know how to behave and learn how to behave yourself first.

Be warned! They will only try to screw you over. After booking through the internet in advance they wanted additional money and to exchange the car during our rental for a lower version at same cost. We refused and when they finally got us the car it was another model than the one we booked. When I complained the car-boy absolutely lost it and took off with the car leaving my wife and our three children on the harbour. I have rented cars in Greece for the past 25 years, and never had any problems, nor experienced anything like this! Luckily, there are many other shops in the harbour with great service and within 10 min we got the car we wanted at a 40% lower cost. Stay away from these hillbillies!
