Everything was fine except one major problem -- after a delayed flight we finally arrived in Guam and were surprised to find Thrifty was not at the airport. The info desk clerk called Thrifty to ask them to come pick us up. We waited and waited and waited -- in the wrong place! Thrifty needs to provide better info. Other than that our rental was fine and our car return process was quick and the shuttle took us to the airport right away. UPDATED -- I wrote to Thrifty about this and received the following reply: "Thank you for contacting us. I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns.We apologize that you had difficulty with directions to our location. Directions are available on the website." -- The confirmation email I received just before flying to Guam said the pick up location was the Guam airport. I had no reason to think that I should check their site for more information. Will not rent from Thrifty again.

Uhhhh. Took forever at the customer service for pre arranged car. Like 40 minutes. Uhhh car was a pos SUV with no balls. They wanted it back in 24 h and I'm pretty sure I'm authorized 5 days free rental.
