It has potential to be very nice. Impression i get is the owner doesnt want to put money into the place. Maintenance is poorl/cheaply done. Bathrooms could use. A little more cleaning or better training for maids.

Although the residence is a little old, but it worth its price. You need climb a few steps to the hotel, having a car is a better choice, if you decide to stay here.
