I LOVE this place! Good people and good food. Speed lacks a little. But what they lack in speed is accuracy, good food and great personality.

ATTN Winchells Managers:
I've been wanting to complain about employees but I figured I'll give it a try here. I've been in you mangilao facility a couooenof times and have seen numerous customers walking out of your business due to the fact that tmyoy have 4 workers but can't seem to work any faster. Seems like they are half asleep or half a$$ working. This morning September 1, 2016 at 9:00 am I was there and had seen some customers walk out. Not good for business and you lose money then gaining. Only one worker was fast but the rest were slow and was always lazy. There were a guy and 3 girls. The chuukese older lady was the best worker outbif all of them. If management likes the way they work then management needs to be replaced by a highly motivated person. Thanks and hope to see progress in the near future.
