For my 1st time and in a short period of time i was there i noticed these few things. Going for 9wk pups 2nd Shot.
i walk in exam room...right away i can tell they do not spray down and sanitize area. floor (drops of fluid on ground) (urine, water, etc.?) (all i know is my pups smells and licks everything so i don't think it should be there), exam table (prints and smears on table top). Not a big room takes less then 3mins to wipe down floor and exam table.
same used syringe for wormer is used on every single dog or animal and stuck back into bottle of wormer and is reused again for other dogs ...to me syringe used should be brand new for every dog and new syringe only stuck into sterile bottle every time. vet tech stated that they don't use this syringe on animals with parvovirus. ( is that the only concern for a single syringe shared by the clinics clients?)
Needles for vaccines are not disposed of in a sharps container there are left out next to wormer syringe exposed where the needles they prepared for my dog was left out right next to it. Vaccines should be prepared in front of client to show transparency for example syringes and needles being individual unpackaged and prepared to insure that it is brand new and disposed in a closed container every single time..
Vet tech allowed my pup to lick her face profusely , which to me may not be sanitary, but more important for training purposes i don't want my dog thinking its ok to go around and lick people. But for vet techs positive attitude towards my pup though i give a star for that.
For waiting time i give a star for that as well...not long.
Also for my pups 1st visit to a vet there should've been a fecal exam taken but was not performed..due to the fact they said the breeder had done so and stated negative results. but from a new owner perspective and a 1st time ever visit to the vet it should be performed to know for ourselves( the veterinarian and owner) that in fact the results are negative or positive.
I went here because i thought it was the best i thought five star rating meant they exceeded all angles of a veterinary clinic. what i learned is to visit multiple places find which veterinarian and (clinic or hospital) best suits you and your animals needs.
This review is NOT to persuade you not to go here but an honest post of my experience. everything else that i have seen in front of me from waiting area to exam room seemed normal and satisfactory.

My puppy Gunner had all his shots from here and they had me always in and out! I love the fact that gunner wanted to kiss the vets asst. every time! The staff is very sweet! 5 stars because I really like this vet! They took great care of my gunner. The parking spots were the only thing bad about this place.. lol
