The most underestimated place is Budapest. A perfect taste of local food and wine. No English speaking though.

This place has been around for many-many years. The wine is not too good, but OK, the prices are low. Make sure you try the food they offer. The waitresses/owners have a very interesting approach to customers, but don't get offended, they are like that all the time:)

Great bar. Tried the sweet and dry tokaji, v tasty and easy to find bar from parliament buildings. Recommend!
