My husband and I have probably rented from United over 20 times and have always had a very positive experience. The cars always work properly, the service is friendly, and the prices are good. We will always rent with them as long as the price and service continue to stay great! Thanks for allowing us to have so many great roadtrip adventures!

We hired a car to drive into Romania. It was in very good condition and we checked over the vehicle together before leaving. The staff were very helpful and we even downloaded apps of off line maps from the office before starting our trip.
There was a very unreasonable customer at the counter when we returned and I was impressed with the way the staff remained calm and logical throughout.

We rented a car on Easter from here since we could not find any other reasonable way to reach Croatia and I'm glad we did. Service was prompt, English was well spoken and all to all the service was really professional. Price was great with unlimited mileage and car was in good condition.
There was no extra charge with me being under 25 years old. We checked the car for scratches and dents before leaving and took some photos. Same check happened when we came back and everything was alright. Deposit was back in my account after a 1 week.

This car company was incredible. Not only were they more than willing to work with us and ensure that we had an enjoyable experience, but they were also just genuinely kind. I will definitely be doing service with them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks!
