Great hotel with even greater people working in it. Really helpful and comprehensive, and the hotel is right in the middle of Pest, so close to everything. Really recommend it.

Definitely not worth the price. The WiFi doesn't work at all (impossible to even use emails), the receptionist has a very poor English and the breakfast buffet was really bad: not only did the food look very tired, the room was so crowded I had nowhere to sit so had to give up on getting the breakfast I had paid for. One of the 2 elevators were broken so getting to the upper floors where my room was took forever

Excellent location, check-in-out & pay -no problems, friendly staff, good service for asked price.
+ city centre with shops and etc is near;
+ metro is in 2 minute on foot (metro and bus 200E→ airport);
+ breakfast is very good (+probably best steak house in the city in day time);
+ staff is very friendly;
+ iron room is on the 5th floor (probably works only in staff working hours);
+ room has good shower with no problems of water supply and drain;
+ conditioner works good;
+ reception was very quick for check-in & checkout, no delays;
+ no problems with power socket access;
+ good wifi connection;
+ free storage for luggage until/after checkin/checkout;
- rooms are dated, some fundamental cleaning could be done (nevertheless, rooms are NOT dirty);
- sometimes it is noisy outside (10-11 pm);

Nice hotel with A/C, normal European breakfast options and a friendly staff. Our room was clean neat, and the bathroom appeared to have recently been redone. Location was good, just a couple of block from the metro. I would stay there again anytime.

Worst hotel ever.
They stole a personal items. A gift from my family.
When I complained at the reception, the manager did not care
They did not have the courtesy to check the room or to give me any kind of solution.
He made fun of me because I was trying to get a solution for my stolen item.
I am 100% disappointed. I will never come back again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you want to not be stolen, or a courteous treatment, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
Plus, the cleanliness is very poor and the water did not leave the bath tub, which was quite disgusting.
