Very clean roomsa and hospitable staff. Nice rooms and a good breakfast. Did not visit the spa department, but it is supposedly nice.

Not a customer service oriented hotel. Hallway carpets were stained. Hotel lobby is very perfumy. My coworkers AC unit did not work and room became miserably warm. The only real positive was the location.

Great 5 day city break hotel great superior room with just about river view spa fantastic wife had massage and facial treatment very good. Hotel is situated close to train station just 4 stops from centre city also close to bus and tram routes recommend 72 hr transport pass 4500 huf a lovely city to explore

Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion although we didn't have time to try the spa. Room looked old and not comfy as one can expect from a 5 star. Breakfast was ok but I have seen better too. Location is ok and quiet. Public transportation is close by.

I am here for 3 nights. I have a "Deluxe Room" that offer a beautiful view of the Danube River. No one mentioned the big street and the noise between the hotel and the river. This is no 5 star category hotel. I mean, everything that is requested for a 5 Star Hotel is here. Accept the flowers or the little welcome gift on the room from the hotel, but there is dirt everywhere. The Spa is old, dark and the wood on the sauna bench looks like form 15 years ago. Reminds me on a typical hotel during the cold war....I think more I dont need to say. Never again!
