Shipping takes really loooooong time, customer service almost unreachable, and even the "in stock" items are not always available. Worst IT shop experience ever.

Staff keeps on moving things fairly quickly and answers your questions diligently. Prices are higher than usual though.

Great selection, mostly good prices, but this place is usually crowded with few staff, so the waiting is usually long, but at least it's easy to reach.
