If i could give 0 i woud give... the girl who did my nails was rude and did sooo bad nails... 😑 she burned one off my fingers and messed up whit the color ... then when the manager told her it's wrong colour she rolled her eyes and was skreaming to me and on the top she put the other colour really badly so I have to fix my nails somewhere else 😓 ofcourse she was more than happy take full price... But on the otherhand my friend did get really good nails I'm so jealous! She didnt speak the language but was great! So if you go to Nail & Go at westend mall budapest don't take you're nails from a girl who can speak English ... Also the one that was good had good nails her self 👏

Ha lehetne nulla csillogott adnék Pólus Centerbe lévő Nail & Go unitnak. Három és fél órán keresztül próbáltak egy sima Francia épített zselés körmöt készíteni aminek a vége vérző ujjak teljesen elreszelték a körmeim teljes fájdalomba vagyok és most a szabadságom alatt valaki keresnem kell aki leszedi ezt a fájdalmas förtelmet és valahogy elviselhető állapotba hozza körmeimet. Az alkalmazottak stílusa pedig színvonal alatti vissza taszító gusztustalan volt. Senkinek nem ajánlom aki épp körmökkel akar élni. Bár ha ez a unit a Pólusba ilyen volt akkor a többi...

I keep doing gel nails for 2 years, one of my firiends aboad is really proffesiannl, so I really know how it should look like. I came with few nails broken which should be build from the beginning. After girls inept 1,5h job, for the first time I got nails where everyone is different shape. She told me it has to be like this because I came with very bad nails and she cant make it better. In the same time she couldn't understan why I complain because in her opinion this is very good and she is one of the best here. Maybe in using phone for during her job evey 5mins she was, but not in building nails. She traid to fix shape (after my advices how to) with filing my nails with file or miling machine where colour layers and top were already done. It only made my nails shorter than I wanted but still ugly shape. After 2 hours she offered 9700 HUF (32euros) saying it is very nice. I agreed to pay only half. After calling her manager, insted of giving discound, she said she can remove it wasting my 20mins more or I pay full price.
Idiots everywhere. Definitely AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Most of the girls are rude at the spots i visited, nails looking wonky, reading the other reviews im glad the one girl i was with didnt make my fingers bleed. Still did a better job at home than these so called "professionals". Unbelievable they have clients still.

Ha lehetne, nulla csillagot adnek. Az online foglalt idopontomrol nem tudtak, a lanyok igazi bunkok voltak (koszonni sem birt), es a 10 ujjambol 5bol omlott a ver egy sima manikur utan - de annyit nem birt odanyogni hogy bocsi. Kritikan alulo az egesz
