Unfortunately, I recognized that I leaved my wallet and something in cash box when I arrived airport.
I called 2 times and emailed as well but nobody responded.
They should contact me before I called normally.
Look forward to seeing any answer from them...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. The location of the hotel was very central. The crew even brought a very good birthday cake for my grandmother when I asked them to. Also we asked a wake up call for our night flight and they suggested us to bring room service of coffee before our flight. They were very precise on the times and everything went well :) ! Overall, the hotel was VERY RECOMMENDED!!

Super disappointed in our stay here, especially reading so many rave reviews. We decided to book here for our honeymoon and splurge for this special occasion. Upon arrival, the attendee congratulated us on the wedding and mentioned we had gotten a room upgrade and a treat in our room. When we got to the room, there wasn't any treat and the room seemed like a standard room. Starving, we decided to head out to dinner but when leaving the attendee insisted we go back to the room since our treat may get too hot. We weren't sure what he was talking about but he seemed worried about us not getting this treat so we waited. Nearly an hour later, the sparkling wine came. While we appreciated it, we were starving and told to wait for a gift. It just felt silly. Then that evening, we noticed we kept coughing and sneezing. Turns out they use down blankets and pillows which we are allergic to. We called to request a new blanket and pillow but no one came. We also didn't get turndown service as requested and noted on the website. When we came back our second day, the old sparkling wine and glasses were still left in our room. They also didn't replace our used soaps, shampoos, and lotions and instead just put them back by the sink. So odd. Now we were getting ready for bed, we decided to go to the front desk and explain to them that we needed new blankets. They again never came so I called them. They finally came about 2 hours later and gave us 3 down pillows instead when we had specifically said we were allergic to down pillow and blankets. There were also nights we requested bath salts and the service took over 30 minutes to bring up the items. Also, the turndown service was a someone coming by to bring us 2 bottles of water and a cloth for our bedside. I was and still am so disappointed by our experience. we travel so much and this was our first experience with this hotel brand and were really let down. For a five star institution, I would expect a speedy, seamless, and delightful experience.

Even when they are trying to surprise you with a special treat (they gave us sparkling wine) they told us to stay in the room until it was delivered, which took about 45 minutes post-check in. We also asked for down-alternative blankets and pillows multiple times since we're allergic and that's what their rooms have, but they just kept bringing us more down pillows and blankets. Room is standard to any hotel. Nothing special. Stains on curtains. Stains in bathroom. This is definitely not 5-star quality.
EDIT: customer relations called after seeing my review. They didn't offer anything to help alleviate the situation (no free meal, no discounted rate, no down-free bedding, etc). They simply said let us know if you need anything. Not 5-star worthy service at all, so my review will be staying as a 1-star.

Nice Hotel in Budapest where recently I stayed. Good Ambience, Nice Rooms, Nice Bathrooms, comfortable Beds. It has all necessary as well as luxurious amenities. Nice Morning Breakfast is served. There is a huge public garden just opposite the Hotel and it is surrounded by lots of Branded Shops where you can have good shopping experience. It has large sitting area in front of Reception where you can sit, chat and play a Piano too.
