The car got us where we needed to go, but we had three warning lights come one during the rental and we checked to make sure everything was ok but upon calling the rental service they just told use to ignore them. The worst part was that we paid extra for a GPS and the one they gave us was broken and they refused to refund us.

Good price for a car. Have to walk from departures terminal. Not far. They thoroughly check your car afterwards.

Did mot deliver prepaid Rental car. Thea did not answer the phone. We did not get another car, and did not Get the possibility to see Iceland as we planned. Big disappointment.😬😳

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Mietwagen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Verständigung auf Englisch klappte hervorragend.
Einziges Manko: Firefly "versteckt" sich im Hertz-Gebäude. Vom Flughafen aus sieht man bereits die Hertz- und Europcar-Schilder. Nur Firefly nicht. Die Großen bieten Shuttlebusse zur Auto-Abholstation an. Firefly aber wird weder im Flughafen beschildert noch kennt ein Mitarbeiter die Firma. Bei Schneeregen flucht man dann doch sehr schnell wenn man mit den Koffern vor dem Flughafen umher irrt und Firefly sucht.
