I cancelled a car rental shortly after booking. After calling both Nordic Holidays and the car rental company directly I managed to receive a full refund. I appreciated their integrity in this instance

Very helpful staff, had problems with my booking but Johnny at Carrentals helped us right away. Great service and we will use them again on our next visit. I pays to use booking offices as they tend to look out for their clients.

It was the biggest mistake to order car through carrentals.is. I paid the deposit, then the car was not available even it was marked as available on the website and I had spend two months trying to get my money back. They stopped responding to my e-mails and they sent my deposit back after two months when I send the message prepared by my lawyer. I don't recommend this company.

Top prices and excellent service. I was surprised how good car was given how little I had to pay - and the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The guys at the rental agency were very professional. It was very windy and the door of the car got damaged but they didn't charge us anything!! They only said "hope to see you again soon" :) Great service and price. Comes highly recommended.
