Best service ever! Our car had a problem as we were driving the western coastal area of Iceland and Thrifty people simply asked where we were and sent someone with a new car to exchange. That is awesome service! thank you all!

The car was nice, affordable and easy to drive. The service was excellent. We even got a ride to our accomodation with their complimentary shuttle service.
As a tip: pre-book a car to ensure a good price and to make sure you get a car, since they have a very high demand. Also, do yourself a favor and pay extra for the gps. It is worth it.
