We stayed here for 4 days on our trip to Iceland and it was wonderful! The staff was so helpful, answering the phone at all hours of the day and coordinating with our tour company on pick ups/drop offs, or calling us taxis. The breakfast each morning was incredibly delicious and a wonderful addition to the stay. The rooms were clean and beautiful--modern and minimalistic. They had everything we needed, with beautiful views of the Atlantic and mountains. It was a quick walk to many restaurants and a five minute cab ride to the city center. Honestly, it was just a great place to stay and if I ever get the honor to return to Iceland, I'll be staying here again! Highly recommend!

I was put up here after my flight was cancelled, and I think I probably good the best deal. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and modern (though like all the Icelandic hotels I stayed in, a bit small). The included breakfast was the best of any I had on the island. The only downside is that, while its location is good, is say it is a bit out of the walking range for most of the restaurants and bars downtown.

One of the best hotels I have visited. This hotel has a beautiful Scandinavian minimalist design and an Icelandic calendar theme. The room I stayed in was absolutely spotless, compact and cosy. We had a picturesque view of mountainous landscape which was stunning on the clear days. Every room came with a complimentary breakfast; a wide selection of options continental and traditional English etc. Free breakfast was definitely a benefit in Iceland as we found it quite an expensive trip. There was also a bar which I never got a chance to enjoy but they do have happy hour which is always good. The staff was friendly and helpful with travel and restaurant advice. Lovely hotel. I'd definitely recommend it and would most definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great, the staff on reception always friendly...even when we checked out at 4 in the morning! The gentleman on reception certainly seemed more bright eyed and bushy tailed than we did! The room was modern and clean with fresh decor, was a really pleasant room, the bathroom and shower were great, the only downfall to the room was the size, it felt very much on occasion that me and my partner were dancing round the bed trying to get past each other in the small walkway and pulling your winter woolies on in the space was quite amusing! However, it did have everything we needed and you don't come to Iceland to sit in your hotel room after all! We also had a view over the national teams football stadium which was quite interesting :) The breakfast was basic but everything we needed to get started for the day and offered a nice selection of different options considering they say to only offer 'continental' the range they offer is far beyond any continental breakfast I've seen before. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and about 30minutes walk from Reykjavik town center. We also were able to walk to the shopping mall from here in about 20minutes. We hired a car so definitely benefited from the free parking they offer outside the hotel!

Nice rooms, good breakfast, and all staff are friendly and helpful. The night manager totally makes this place worth it. Really shows the care and concern for all customer happiness and well-being. Always willing to support with anything possible to make the stay enjoyable and the tourist travel a success. Would bypass the city center hotels and stay here again.
