This has been my "home" away from home for for 10 or 12 years . It's got all the basics you need to be able to get a good workout, it has a homey atmosphere that I always like. The owner is always accommodating and helpful, plus has a good sens of humor. It's not a big place and that is one of the aspects I like about this gym. It is very central and easy to get to, plus has a very nice view out of the windows to look at while doing your workout. The have quality supplements for sale. Give it a try :)
