Fun yoga! I really enjoyed the Hot Yoga 1 & 2 class. Even though instructions were in Icelandic I followed along just fine. Great way to start the morning. Mats and towels available. Thank you, Solir!

Sólir offers an experience that you can't get anywhere else in Iceland: reliably excellent instructors offering a wide variety of yoga styles in a beautiful setting. Whether it's a rigorous vinyasa class or something more restorative, Sólir would always be my first choice both for myself and when making recommendations to friends.
