I was just wondering about the correct pronunciation, is it लूट-us? My experience with the staff professionalism, facilities and cleanliness at the hospital left much to be desired. The one thing that the hospital is really high on is their (completely unjustified) charges.

Average hospital, sometimes they behave very professionally but most of the time their real faces are visible...darker

All things (docs,nurse,room service, food) are good except receptionist (mainly female)
What the hell are they thinking as their own hospital,they are running it. This totally sucks
