Stayed here as part of a tour and was really disappointed. The rest of the hotels we stayed at were lovely and this one was gross. Rooms were dirty (mould and a cockroach in bathroom, sheets grubby and stained, no mattress protector) staff no where near as friendly as the other hotels we've stayed in. Went to get a massage and the hotel said the massage ladids would be 10mins, but they tool 45mins to arrive. Then the massage was conducted in a room that did not feel hygenic. (No towels to lie on, oils just in bowls, so you dont know where it's come from). Restaurant for breakfast was also grubby, and had a very limited selection. In short, I would NOT recommend. I am positive that there are nicer 3 star hotels in Agra.

It is the best hotel. All is fine and good. It's luxury is best and fabulous. Only they have to work little on their food

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The rest of it was a shocker. No lifts, below standard food, dirty rooms. Nothing to like. The staff is good and helpful but the building itself is not up to the standard.
