The hotel rooms are so much clumsy. Even there is no mirror in the room. No hangers in the washrooms. No proper outfall in washrooms. So all the water logged in there. In the room there was a plug point, but that also doesn't work. Overall... Its a totally waste idea to check in there.

NOT a luxurious hotel.Kind of economy hotel that provides only basic necessities.NO LIFT TOO!!There is NO MIRROR in the rooms and have to use washroom mirror to get ready.The restaurant facilities are not up to mark , They made us wait for an hour for breakfast.The SUPER DELUXE ROOM doesn't even have curtains.

Not even deserve the single star. Worst facilities and rooms are there. No lift is provided. TV was not in working condition. AC was making sound. Wifi was not working. And the hotel staff was just don't care about guest. During checkout we told receptionist our feedback but he was just ignoring all our suggestions and making excuses. Other guests were also complaining. So please find some other hotel. they charged 1500 per room which is quite high. in the same rate you can book another good hotel

Worst hotel experience. I'm an intestivist who had stayed there during the recent 2016 National critical care conference after reading all the great reviews. Makes me wonder if all the reviews are made up by the staff themselves! The rooms were unclean & there being no lift it was the noisiest hotel to say the least....the staff were constantly screaming & jumping up and down the stairs. My first complimentary breakfast I found a hair in my cup of tea, they wouldn't accept debit cards & insisted on only cash payment. The nearest ATM Center at a nearby mall was out of order & I had to take an auto to find one 2 kms away. I spite of me asking for a receipt they kept putting it off& finally ended up not giving me one. All would have been forgiven had the rooms being any better . Oh and to top it all I ended up with a Delhi belly from the breakfast I had!!!Trust me all the photos are phoney.
