Love this store, wish we could have one in London. Great mix of designers and styles with latest designs always available. Difficult to leave the store without buying anything! Definitely recommend it.

Worst experience of my life. I have never met a more rude and disrespectful staff. Have to pay full payment upfront and no refund if product is not what you wanted. "Don't even think about getting a refund, because that's never going to happen" were her exact words. The outfit we had chosen was not fitted properly and owner rudely said that nothing can be done. This was a lengha choli for a bride to wear at one of her own events and the product that was given to us was not something we liked. It was too high in the back and her solution was to just pull it down in the back... is she supposed to keep pulling it down all night? No. She told us that bc she had hips it was gonna be higher in the back. That should have been taken into consideration and made to fit her properly. A choli should not be higher in the back. Even smaller stores and salesmen know that and made our other outfits properly. She yelled at us and walked away into her office while we were still trying to talk to her. I have never met anyone like her in my life and I hope no one ever goes into their shop. She does not know how to talk to customers, I'm not even sure how her employees work with a person like her... and this was just a start. She has no respect and DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP!
