Gujarat University was established in 1949 and L.D college of engineering was established in 1948 ,
Gujarat University is a state university situated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The university is an affiliating university at the under-graduate level and a teaching university at the postgraduate level.

Campus view is amazing , Nice environment , always it is surrounded by college students ,

Gujarat University main building has a clock tower and it get notify at every half hour and also when 1 hour completed ,

all the students come from different different district to do their work because it is main building of Gujarat University , here external college department also available , where students come from external places to get their mark sheet and for get their degree certificate in Arts department ,
Nice staff , Good behavior , here gujarat University canteen also available where we eat samosa , dabeli , vadapau , sandwich , paratha , cold drink and other useful food ,

Also at outside of gujarat University gate there are some small food shops and tea stall available , so we can eat with friends , we often meet here for breakfast...

Gujarat University has many gates for entrance , now a day (2017) the renovation work is at progressing , road and street lights and foot path are renovating ,

Here lot of parking place available , all the people park there vehicle in uniform sequence ,

Here all the time security guard available ,
Good place and nice security ,

Here also big play ground beside gujarat University building , lot of students and people come here in morning for exercise and for playing cricket , football , jogging , playing tennis and full racket and much more to do.

In gujarat University campus B.K school of management is placed , here me and my friend ansu take part in the event in 2017 when we are in 4 semester in L.D college of engineering ,

The event name is 'Bech ke dikhao' , there are 6-7 teams , and there are 2 round of event , we win 1st round and in 2nd round we are runners up , Amazing experience at this place...

The Worst University I ever had, the behavior of admin staff is awful. They speak like they are the owner of the university. Moreover, surprisingly, their timing's are amazing. Starts work at 11:00 ( never sharp, always late though), have break from 1:00 to 2:00 ( meanwhile nobody will respond you), 2:00 to 5:00 ( often stops working after 4:00 ,4:30 as concern person will not be available). In effect, they work for around 4 to 5 hours a day and that too risk less and effortless. Women staff is even more lethargic, often mingle up with their colleagues and discussing their personal stuff instead of focusing on their own job. I can write tonnes of things about these people. Typically works like government babu's.

The campus is good.. All the tree plantations make the place lively.. infrastructure is bit older and everything is dusty inside

Nice and beautiful university.
Infrastructure is also very good.
But education level is average Ahmedabad University is great.
