Nice gym for workout for those who like clean environment and are ocb like me. Well equipped machines , no nonsense useless machine. Value for money.

I had joined intensity gym few months back with an intention to work out, however the gym has been a total disappointment to me. Disgusting is the right word to define this gym . Being a female, I expect a female staff and instructor during the time we females are using gym but to my surprise the female instructor appointed is not even certified one, moreover the manager is a useless fellow with no etiquettes and no ethical approach towards his profession.
Every time during the female working out time , cleaning and maintaining staff is around the gym area and it's a male staff which adds more unethical and uncomfortable situation for us. I would recommend no female counterparts to join this pathetic gym . Such a pathetic place with pathetic staff.

Very good gym in naranpura area.
They have good equipments also trainers are very helpful.
Gym has Treadmill section, weight section, machine section, floor exercise section and change room with locker, bathroom and Steam bath.
