not recommend .ladies trainers do nothing.they just sit at the window. some trainers laugh at me when i do wrong exercise and make me feel embrace.like they were supposed to correct me .some trainers really need to learn manners

Very much poor. No proper training to help you achieve goal. Overpriced lack of service. No refund if you are not able to attend gym due to medical issues.
