very good service and experirnce..... The tour package was modified as per our demands and were treated like VIP customers . Really happy with the service provided during travelling.... Me and my family enjoy a lot.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. These guys will never deliver you whatever u have asked for. They just take bookings and pass on to the third party and you just end up ruining your day. I have asked for mercedes-benz bus for picking us up from railway station and for visiting places in amritsar. The bus they delivered was mercedes but was in pathetic condition. Ac was not working at all, bus was tilted to one side , radiator of bus was not working properly due to which drive use to run for feeding water to the every now and then whenever we stopped for 10 mins.At the end we have to leave the bus as it has got some problem and was not able to move.
Above all these people had the rude behaviour towards us and were also not responding to the calls made by us.
These are fake people and should be dealt legally against prosecution to stop making fool of people who trust on them.

please do not believe these guys on terms of package they offer...their drivers will never be in a mood to show u places....he will take u to only few most popular places and will say "i dont know" about other places even though u have half a day left to be spent. he will just push you to go back to hotel so that he can enjoy his time with his friends and for end customer its the pathetic service u get.at the end if you ask to take to a spot which is 10km away(total 20km up and down) they will say pay 500 rupees extra how does that sum up??I am paying for full 6days of travelling and ur driver enjoys half a day every day and says i dont know about other spots and u asking extra for only 20km??their driver will not speak and maintain a gravity all thru the trip and on final day speak nicely so that u will give him tip.adding to that one day he dropped us at 3pm in our hotel and when i called him to comeback around 5pm just to go to a nearby place where i can find an ATM coz i want do shopping and i had ran out of money....the driver straight forward said NO...i can not come.whats this??i am in a new place and requested for 5 mins and this is the way u treat ur customer.if u want more margin then ask for higher price while negotiating itself but not at the end.and of course, not advisable to people who want a happy memory and trip.else their price are competitive.for me, they just ruined my holiday.
