I have booked taxi after searching it on internet. Initially I was reluctant to book due to no reference, but I booked taxi on my instincts. In the beginning I have followed up two three times for the driver number but once our journey started with Honey(Jawala associate) it was a nice experience. Car was cleaned and maintained. Considering Dalhousie narrow roads, his driving was perfect. In all I felt satisfied for services offered.

Not good service... I booked taxi for Dharamshala and Mcleodganj from amritsar after driving 20-25 kms driver was driving very fast and that too he was sleepy, our car was about to get accident two times as he was sleepy.
Our terms and conditions as per Owner was driver (Mr Jeevan) will switch off ac on hilly areaswhile climbing hills, so he did but at the time of returning journey the hills were downwards we asked driver to switch on the ac but he refused to switch it on.

I've visited last week in Amritsar with my family and i was looking local cab .. i search on internet and found them. i booked two cab both was look neet & clean driver honey was very friendly and they explain us everyplace briefly really impressed jawala travels provides best service in Amritsar

My experience with jawala travels was very good . While booking I first spoke to Mr Raj Kumar , who seemed like a thorough gentleman. He gave me a very competitive rate and promised great service . I used the car for pickup from Amritsar airport , sightseeing in Amritsar and then to Manali. Local sightseeing in Manali and then back to Amritsar airport . The driver Honey was also very good . I would like to sign of by saying that this company truly believes in best service to its customers.

Excelent Service , Nice Staff . Visited Golden Temple , Wagha Border, Manali , Shimla by Jawala Travels Amritsar . Wonderful Experince in very low Charges. Best Thing was Drivers were very good .
