It was an excellent stay at City Castle Hotel. The staff was very talented and cooperative. Room service was excellent. House keeping services were really excellent. It was overall an amazing experience.

Stayed at hotel city castle amritsar for one night the location of the hotel is excellent one can easily hire electric rickshaw to visit golden Temple market and famous eaterics front desk staff was very helpful quality of towels provided can be improved. The service is very good room need and clean.

The ambience of the hotel is perfect for a family. They have a family room 4 bed with all the amenities, the service is perfect and the staff is very co operative with all the stuff. The hotel is very clean and is located in the centre of the city which makes it easy for the touristers and the family to travel across.

Rooms are nice, neat and clean. It is close proximity to Golden Temple. Lastly, the staff is very helpful. I had a nice stay. The food which is served is nice as well. The hotel is also near the bus stand and the railway station. Therefore, it is an appropriate place to stay.
