Theatre will not be suitable for high class.. means it wont be as clean or glassy as mall theatres. But cheap and best for entertainment. Choose balcony for family and girls and opt normal for boys gang.

A 3 star movie theatre with average seating and screen, but the most economical theatre I have ever been to. Just for 100 [+snacks ;)] I can watch any movie screened here. I usually prefer this theatre over any other on any given day if watching a movie with buddies or all alone. Easily reachable from any part of the city via buses.
P.S: There might be few really annoying people around in nearby seats, don't hesitate to juggle positions :P
