A completely faultless performance from this hotel, from the arrival experience until departure. A very warm welcome, friendly check-in, and a delightful room with patio in peaceful and tranquil surroundings near the Royal Park. The staff have all been there since my last visit 10 years ago, and made a special effort to make me feel welcome, and cared-for. A shining example of old school European hospitality. Dinner and breakfast in the Derby Grill were both delicious and service spot-on. Dangerously inviting wine list!
The Nardi family should just keep on truckin' and please don't change a thing!

Lovely iconic property of the ITC WelcomeHotel Group. Old world charm rooms with contemporary luxury. Only downside is the access to the swimming pool which is via the coffee shop. Super restaurants at this property and a lively bar too.

This is my first stay at this hotel. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in Bangalore, including Leela Palace, so far I found ITC Windsor to be better. Rooms are nicer and I appreciate that there is no road noise once inside the hotel. Service has also been great and on par with other luxury hotels.

I was at this hotel for three weeks and enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is very grand, clean and the staff will always go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Each restaurant within the hotel was outstanding also. I will definitely be returning here when I come for business.
My only negative comment is that a minority of staff insisted (very strongly) that I write an online review and include their name in it. Some staff would even play games where they'd cover their badge and ask me to repeat their name, even though they did not know mine. After three weeks this did get slightly tedious.
Otherwise, thank you for a very comfortable stay and I look forward to returning soon.
(Also, thank you to the man who made my omelettes every morning, the omelettes were great, and his humour was even better!)

Very chic property
Jun 13: Stayed here for a night. The check in was very smooth. The room are very spacious with the a wooden floor and also carpeted. The bed was great and I had a good undisturbed sleep. Used the gym in the morning - good but I have seen better gyms elsewhere. One thing that so many hotels do not have is a water jet faucet in the toilets. That is basic hygiene in India and hotels need to cater to the same in India. Otherwise, the stay was good.
