Location is good. But the view from the balcony is bad. Receptionist was kind of confused. And the waiters stare at you when your eating the complementary breakfast. That's uncomfortable Food is good. Room were clean and nice. Bathroom was perfect. No complaints about that. Room service was good and decent. Overall I would rate it 5/10

A decent budget hotel. Food was good. Staff is courteous. I spent 3 days while on a business trip in Bangalore. The breakfast spread was pretty decent with good variety offered.

While its a 4-star hotel, the stay here felt just average.
1. When asked for a hand wash the room service fellow handed me a shampoo and told me to use it as a hand wash.
2. The staff, apart from reception can only speak tamil and nothing else. Useless discussing anything with them for any of your requirements.
3. The only good things about this is the food and rooms. The rooms here are quite spacious and very calm and peaceful environment. The hotel is located in a decent locality where you can get everything and they even allow you too order from outside restaurants.

Stayed with my family for two days. Great place to stay. Wonderful rooms with great food. They even gave me an upgraded room without additional charges. Accessible to almost all landmarks in the city. They arranged a car for me to roam around in Bangalore at a reasonable price. Would love to stay again
