Struggling a lot to get money back amount from one year. And even they send SMS saying amount encashed even though i received nothing.

Extremely frustrating and disgusting ...firstly please mention the correct location and your timing. After one hour of search I reach the bajjaj office in Rajajinagar at sharp 330pm and the security at front desk was very rude and refused me inspite of requesting very politely. Why is it mentioned as open today till 7pm in the website. Please give correct information to your clients on the site.
