Really poor service. Every time I visit, the customer service staff is out for lunch. Right now, it is 3:30 pm, office closing time here in this branch and still no one at customer service.

Pathetic service , dont ever buy any kind of policies from hdfc life, it wl be harrashment, they wl explain some benifit after receivng policy that benifit wil be gone, i had more than 2 lakh investment , now i cancelled all , bt i have not received any refund
