I could have given zero. The worst office ambiance - looks like a market place, worst branch head - rest of the staff are good. Don't fall free prey for their words.

worst service in jayanagar branch, paid amount for reinstatement and gave good health form on the same day but they didn't re-instate. Sent refund cheque, but didn't receive the cheque because of old address. They could have called to the mobile number to issue the cheque.

First of all office does not look like insurance company.
People were very lazy. To get some information you have to wait for more time.

My account was matured in Dec-2015 and I have submitted all the relevant documents to claim the matured amount on 24-02-2016 at PNB-MetLife office, Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore.
Till date I have not received my maturity amount and moreover when I called the customer care number, it is informed to me stating the relevant documents are received only on 05-04-2016. Customer care is not able to retrieve the data of my documents submission date and kept on informing that it is received only on 05-04-2016.
Never expected such faddy and lazy work from reputed insurance company like PNB-MetLife. The entire process I have undergone exactly resembles to the Bhartia-AXA advertisement which comes on television where in customer are made struggle for reclaim.
Would atleast appreciate any quick response now writing to this mail ID”s.
I will not yet all rate, but since it was not allowing to post I am forced to select one star.
