Zero rating...Such a horrible support and false commitments..only interested in expanding customer base by false assurance..they give false commitments in amil and later as to refer other documents..Never accept their mistake and conveniently use different documents for proving they are right.....People are also illiterate who don't understand basics and a shame that its a TVS group too....

Very bad and worst experience with these people. Nobody bothers to take up the accountability.
Settlement amount gets ages to settle
Only we need to follow up with them.
Front office girl picks phone by 7 pm when asked what is your branch manager name she says can't give now call me by office hours 9 to 6 pm. When asked when your manager will be there she says by 11am! What happened to office hours? She answers he will have meeting...

I am sorry to say that, this is one big fraud company, I have been paying my health insurance continuously for 15 years, without claiming any amount at all.
When I tried to migrate to whole family pack, they intentionally keep postponing beyond expiry date without giving any proper answer. They were keep on asking me to visit the branch in Bangalore, but to my surprise there is no such Royal health insurance company in Bangalore.
Now when I tried to convince them, they are telling that Policy got expired can't to anything now. I lost 15 years premium which I paid.
Now I have decided to file a suit in consumer forum.
Please don't go for this Company.

Worst insurance company. Nobody in customer service have any correct information on services. Each executive tell there own information. An executive called Mr.Manikantan told me to send mail to customer service to get NCB certificate and gave me the email id also, when I sent the mail. I got reply saying visit branch. If that was the case then, why the hell he said to send mail, he would told this over phone, this would have saved my 2 days of waiting for reply mail. When I called them again regarding this issue, other executive says that Mr. Mani has updated in system to visit branch, if that was the case then why he gave me email id and asked to send mail.

This is probably the worst insurance company. The service is below pathetic and I would suggest you take your belongings elsewhere for insurance. I renewed my policy online on the 24th of may. I did not receive a soft copy and I kept following up for a soft copy which I was always promised would be delivered by end of the day. Finally on the 31st, I got a call saying that there is a shortfall of 60 rupees, due to Krishi kalyan cess which I need to pay before the insurance can be renewed. So it took them one week to realise this so on what basis where they promising to send me my policy when I had been calling them for over a week. Their agents have no clue or product knowledge whatsoever and I am now moving my policy to another organisation.
I am forced to give atleast one star in order to post else this would have been a zero star post...
