A very nice Yoga studio for Asana practice! Shubra, one of the instructor is very good in taking the whole class through in a very knowledgable manner.

Very money-minded. Beware of this one instructor - Lavanya. She blasted me in front of the whole class for wanting to open the window a little. It was extremely stuffy & stinking of sweat. She told me to close it or leave the class! What is this? 2nd grade?She has some serious anger issues for a self-proclaimed yoga/meditation teacher. Clients will lose the little ounce of peace of mind they might have had if they attended her fake meditation classes. She calls it "Yin yoga". I guess she learnt it over a 2-minute youtube video.

The best yoga teacher's training school in Bangalore. Very scientific approach. The intention is not pure business. I would recommend a1000 yoga to anyone who wants to do yoga teachers training in Bangalore.

Joined One month Before. Teachers Correct your postures and Staff is also good.
