Excellent Crossfit coaches and community ! Been going here for about a year now, and I am fitter today than I've ever been before. Love training with the community here. Grateful for the great coaches, and fun workouts. Having been someone who's never managed to sustain an exercise program before, Crossfit Genome's been life changing for me.

As an international athlete (hockey),Crossfit Genome was the perfect place for me to get specific training which would help in my sport. I used to frequent a gym where the training became the same over a period of time. Once i joined Crossfit Genome training was never the same,each day the workout regime was different and specific,it pushed me to the limits and got the best out of me.It gave better results on the pitch also.
I appreciate the trainers at cross fit genome as they take special interest on individuals and keep them motivated .

CrossFit genome has made me stronger than yesterday. You always see an upstream towards your fitness goals. I always feel better than yesterday. Kudos to all the trainers at CrossFit genome. You make the workout fun and push us in achieving the goals we never imagined.

Started training here from September 2016 and it’s been a great experience ever since. Great coaches who are always mindful of the injuries you are carrying and most important focus without compromise on the form of all their clients. A friendly atmosphere at Genome between coaches and athletes is the icing on the cake!
