Its on the 80 feet main road...one of the oldest gym of the area..with lot of inflow fitness freaks...with lot of equipments and riggreours fittness traning given by coach rudresh sir when u really want to transform yourself....its going to be 1 month i joined this gym and i cn feel the transformation ....join to evolve yourself...and pocket friendly to unlike other gyms charging too much ....just fr fittness regime...
But still has few draw backs...which need to be considered and rectified by management

First of all the gym predominantly has locals coming in to workout. I being a malyali got dirty stares from everyone around me screaming silently"you're not supposed to be here". And also the dumbells don't go beyond 30 kilos, there are only a single pair of 20kg plates and 25 kg. The gym is very shoddily equipped with no squat rack, in its place you're supposed to use the bench press bar stands and pull it up and improvise but then the bed gets in the way, I suffered severe back pain after trying to lift off 140 kilos off the rack because had to lean over so much and since the bed got in the way I lost all my leverage. But the front desk guy is friendly you can go here if you really want to get a workout in.

It's a good place to work out but the thing is if your a Kannada songs lover you need to go for it, some times in between some english songs will come like a passing cloud ☁️
