Reading these ratings, I went to this gym 4 months back with a hope! Initially i choose to come for a week.
On my first day I saw this gym was crowded like the k.r market, the trainer started giving me unproffesional heavy exercises on first day itself. I thought its his style of training. I followed him. And Think those rusted Tread mills and cycles in this gym were brought 100 yrs back, and kept in this gym. cycles may break any time and injure.
Then he made me to run beside the gym I ran there only, then again he gave some unproffesional heavy excersises to me, i did. The 1st days was over.
Next day dont know what happend to him, he gave me devil excersises to do. I did and came back home, in the night my stomoch started paining like hell. I felt like it ll be the last day of my life, i suffered a week with that pain. it was very bad experience for me. I have worked out in 3-4 gyms, but it was very unproffesional gym i ever seen in my life.

Good gym. Good trainers.
+Trainers are supportive, they guide nicely.
- gym mostly is overcrowded.
+ equipments are fine.
+ not expensive.
