If overall fitness is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you. It follows a very structured program comprising of Aerobics, cardio, weight training and yoga. A very well experienced and certified trainer, Mr. Sadiq deserves special appreciation for the kind of sincerity and hard work he puts in to make sure each trainee gets the best out of the program. A true professional indeed! Its my bad luck that I had to discontinue due to time constraints. I wish to take this opportunity to thank Mr.Sadiq for his support and also wish True Fitness all the very best!

Was taking fitness training with Sadiq master for 4years..not even one class was canceled by him as far as I know.. He is very dedicated sincere and committed trainer.. All the best Sadiq.. Keep up your passion.. Rgds, sasi.

One of the best gyms around Tin factory. Trainer is motivating who conducts groups classes as well as personal training for fat loss,lean muscle gain,...etc and make sure your goals are achieved. Very much dedicated to each customer. Value for money with results.

This is the best gym, best place workout for your dream come true. Very flexible, Sadiq is an extremely good trainer most dedicated trainer I've ever come across. and really helps you push your limits and attain an extremely good level of fitness. Saturdays are the best. You will never feel boarded he maintains that interesting workouts every day, Finally he will help you to achieve your target, reach your goal like always Smiling😊
