One of the worst experiences with Ammis biryani.
After a long day without breakfast, i decided to order a vegetarian biryani for lunch from the kasturi nagar branch of ammis biryani.
I was extremely disgusted to see that it was a chicken biryani instead of vegetarian biryani.. the most shocking thing is to notice that the box had a tag of vegetarian biryani which says that their operations is full of loopholes and ZERO QUALITY CONTROL
I called up their customer care and complained about it and they casually offered an apology. when i told them that i have already lodged a complaint against them to BBMP then they informed their senior manager and he called me to convey that he will make sure it doesnt happen again.
i'm certainly not going to order anything from them.
