Every time I visit, their token display will be stuck @ 1st or second ticket. Staffs are damn slow, not so good experience..

a very neat and well addressed service center. The service desk is upstairs of the Oppo sales department downstairs. Steps to service desk is through the sales department. No lift was noticed, so not sure if it is wheelchair friendly. There is an automated token dispenser at the top of the stairs and ample seating space. The entire room is well lit and overlooks the road intersection. Service is typically fast. I had to reflash the manufacturer rom and it was done within 30 minutes. The service front desk is also diligent in highlighting other potential issues that could be a problem later. I am very happy with the turnaround and polite nature of the service department.
Parking is an issue, 4 wheelers will have to park away and walk to the center. 2 wheelers can park relatively nearby. Due to the nature of the location, the roads will be congested during pek hours so I suggest an early visit during the weekend to save your time.

They have fooled me many times regarding the exchange of faulty vooc charger which was in guarantee. Finally I complained at oppo India and then they give me a new charger but soon I also lost it....

They first inform they have stock once u be there they inform it's over. Better take proper confirmation before going. False promises.
