Worst spa experience ever!!! The massage itself was average to begin with. Next comes the shower which was broken and could not be adjusted to hot water. Called the therapist and she adjusts it to barely warm water and tells me that’s the best they can do. The water turns freezing cold minutes after. Called them again and they send in a plumber who says it could be because all other showers were on at the same time. The shampoo and shower gel provided was diluted with water. How can they call this a luxury spa? There is absolutely nothing luxurious about this spa. would not recommend it to anyone. The shower problem has been mentioned by other reviewers as well so they obviously haven’t bothered fixing it.

Good on all counts except VFM. Felt the price was a bit high. However, therapist was well-trained and polite. Place was clean. You get a free steam bath, so that's good. Although it didn't get very hot fast. The shower was broken, didn't expect that. Overall, a good experience. I'd be willing to visit again for a ~20% discount.

Le Tranquille Spa has two branches : one in Sankey road and the other in Kalyan Nagar..
As per location I felt Sankey road one was better as it is a calm and quiet place..
The ambience is amazing.. the staff is very welcoming..
I had a Swedish body spa and a head massage which was very relaxing and soothing.. All experts treat you so they have a good knowledge of all pressure points and moves..
They serve green tea as well as fruits post Spa..
Most Wonderful experience I ever had.. ☺☺
