Loved the massage! Extremely well maintained spa, welcome drink and drink after the massage was very refreshing. I would recommend others too.

Booked an appointment yesterday through their centre in Hyderabad and lady promised someone would call me 3 hours with direction for tomorrow and ensure the masseuse would be good.
Since there response yesterday called again ok n provided number in email, that's number we would never connect ( had highlighted this yesterday as well). Spoke to a lady she again sounded ignorant asked for a manager, who promised again some would call in 45 min. Then went online to chat on their webpage, which didn't work and some did call back only to bang the phone.
I had appointment of my own to make no call came, then some 1 hour prior to the appointment called it was too late and I was pissed their service.
He was clues about the conversation, I've been having goes to tell the manager noR the agents told them anything.
If the inital contact like one can imagine the servicr.
Pathetic first hand service... Disappointingly
