Fitness Mantra has completely changed the way I exercise. The classes are great. The trainer Vimal Parmar is super helpful. He is skilled, thoughtful, sensible, and a pleasure to work with and talk to. He knows just how and when to encourage and when to push, though never too much. Plus the people I've met at the gym are amazing; I've made a lot of friends since I joined over two years ago. You can't beat the atmosphere; it's the best gym in that area of the city.
