This gym has got very good cardio machines plus aerobics and yoga are also performed here with fully air-conditioned holes and steam bath facility.

The gym has good equipment, however the trainers always ask you to get the expensive personal training package, which is really annoying. Then they just use some gimmicks like 'Sauna' every month, however in reality you do not really get a chance to be in Sauna. They do give you a good exercise routine.
